Structure
This system mainly consists of single/three-phase ordinary or multi-functional electronic energy meters, RS-485 protocol, telephone network, hard/software for data acquisition, servers for control centers, and other terminals.

Functions 1
Parameters of data acquirers can be set locally or remotely;
Software for data acquirers can be upgraded locally or remotely;
New mounted meters can be tested locally or remotely;
Meters can be directly managed by the control center through data acquirers;
Each data acquirer can manage up to 1000 single/three-phase electronic energy meters;
Each data acquirer can manage up to 200 three-phase multi-functional electronic energy meters;
Able to record the time and the amount for suspiciously consumed electric energy;
Able to record the time for over consumed current;
Able to communicate with the meters through portable data acquisitors directly or remotely;
Allow customers to replace with new meters;
Able to acquire data from gas-meters and water-meters;

Balance energy according to time-sharing, alarm when energy unbalanced, and output unbalance report
Account energy in specific intervals, alarm over credit energy consumption and output energy & load curves
Record suspected customer automatically according to time-sharing, alarm when customer over volume and output report
Report problem according to time-sharing automatically, alarm when problem reports over credit and output report
